All fees paid towards any service, course, coaching, counselling, training program, or
application-related service are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any
circumstances. Once enrolled, the fees cannot be adjusted, transferred to another student,
course, batch, or service, nor can they be carried forward for future use.
2. Queries & Official Communication
For any queries, clarifications, or official communication related to services, students are
requested to contact us only through our official email ID: celectedu@gmail.com. Any
communication through unofficial channels will not be considered valid.
3. Cancellation of Classes
Cancellation, rescheduling, or discontinuation of classes by the student is not permitted
unless mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing. Celect Foreign Education &
Academy reserves the right to decide on such requests based on availability, reason, and
operational feasibility.
4. No Score Guarantee
Celect Foreign Education & Academy does not offer any guarantee of scores, results,
admissions, visas, or outcomes. Academic performance and test scores depend on
multiple factors, including but not limited to the student’s dedication, attendance,
practice, learning ability, and exam-day performance. Coaching and guidance are
provided on a best-effort basis.
5. Student Responsibility
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assigned work, and actively
participate in the learning process. Celect Foreign Education & Academy will not be
responsible for poor performance due to irregular attendance, lack of practice, or failure
to follow guidance.
6. Right to Modify Services
Celect Foreign Education & Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty,
batch structure, teaching methods, course content, or policies if required, without prior
notice, in the best interest of academic delivery.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Enrollment in any course or service implies that the student has read, understood, and
